PTANOW.com is a National Network of People Taking Action NOW as Advocates for
the children of this nation. This group has created a website for EVERY elementary school
in the nation. Look at www.PTANOW.com . Some of the states that have been
published are: Utah, North Dakota, Montana, and New Mexico. The states are coming
on-line at an average of 3-5 states per day and the Network will be completely live and
ALL schools will be notified of the website by the end of this month.
How are we different from the other organizations that claim to have a website for every
school? Simply put... the PTANOW.com National Network was developed with the
local Parent/Teacher organizations and the KIDS in mind...not as an advertising vehicle. As such, the websites are
attractive, comprehensive, and personalized in such a way that the schools themselves will
be marketing the pages to their patrons.
Secondly, we will be providing training and assistance to help them add additional school
and community pages as well. Through our Youth Webmaster's program we will be giving
the students themselves an opportunity to help maintain the school's website in a real-life,
meaningful way. Every state has a representative who will be personally contacting the
schools to let them know about the website and help them get started in utilizing the
website to market their Parent/Teacher organizations and other vital programs.
In addition, the public will be notified of their schools website through a media blitz and
including the printed media as well as television and radio coverage.

more than any other compilation of school 'websites' available anywhere. A quick glance
through our Technology Center, Study Hall or Parent Resource Center makes it easy to
see why households all across the nation will be coming to the Network a minimum of 2-3
times per week as they will soon learn that whatever they want... it can be found within the
Network.
As you know by now, the cyber world is no different from the physical world; location is
one of the most important ingredients for a business to succeed. In order to promote
your business and sell your product on the Internet, the customer must be able to find you
and have easy access to your product. The directory you are currently listed with is not a
well-known directory among a huge portion of your target audience. I am a very involved parent,

students, parents, local community members, alumni, and families across the nation. You

a brand new directory being developed for and by the schools. This is a unique
opportunity to increase exposure to your company to your specific target audience and to

The PTANOW National Network Resource Guide listing is only $225 for one full school
year (September 1 - August 31). In addition, throughout the month of September we will
be listing companies on a first-come, first-listed basis. The only other directory of this
type that I am aware of charges from $1,000-$3,000 to be placed at the top of the listing.

PTANOW National Network Resource Guide Agreement
Your Company will be listed in the PTANOW National Network Directory Resource
Guide beginning immediately and continuing until August 31, 1999, at which time
this agreement will renew. If your company should choose to discontinue
the Resource Guide listing, a written notice must be given no later than June 30, 1999. A
