TRANSLOADING TUTORIAL
In order for a graphic to be transloaded, it must be one isolated image on a black background.
It helps if the "Star Boulevard Transload" page is assigned to one of your function (F) keys.
Here are the steps:
Bring up the graphic you want to transload
Hit your "F" key. Scroll down to the form to fill out.
Line 1: Click on the "tear drop" to the right of the words "Last Visited URL" (It places the URL in line 2.)
Line 2: "Source URL:" Don't do anything to this line. (It is a duplicate of line 1.)
Line 3: "Rename to:" Rename the image to something you can remember later. Must end with a .gif or .jpg
Line 4: If your homepage is with tripod, then your "Target FTP Server" will be...
ftp.tripod.com
Line 5: "Target Account Name." Enter your account name (one word only). For example, mine is...
UTLINK
Line 6: "Target Account Password:" Enter your password with this account. It will look like dots....
*****
Line 7: "Upload Directory" If you have created separate directories for organizing your images, fill in this line. For example...
gifs
jpgs
banners
headers
anything you want
Don't worry about the next 4 options. they are not necessary for the basic process.
Now hit the "Transload" button at the bottom of this form.
The next screen shows the transloading process. You will probably need to hit your "reload" button several times to complete the process.
Once the process is complete, go to the bottom of the page and click the "ZAP" button to end the session.
