1. Simply put... the AmericaTakingAction.com National Network was developed with the
local Parent/Teacher organizations and the KIDS in mind...not as an advertising vehicle. As such, the websites are
attractive, comprehensive, and personalized in such a way that the schools themselves will
be marketing the pages to their patrons.
2.Secondly, we will be providing training and assistance to help local webmasters to add additional school

can personalize their page and design. Through our Youth Webmaster's program we will be giving
the students themselves an opportunity to help maintain the school's website in a real-life,
meaningful way. Every state has a representative who will be personally contacting the
schools to let them know about the website and help them get started in utilizing the
website to market their Parent/Teacher organizations and other vital programs. Unlike other programs
who are just waiting for the schools to find them, we are actively working for and with EACH
school to help them get started.
3.In addition, the public will be notified of their schools website through a media blitz
including the printed media as well as television and radio coverage. We already have coverage commitments from one of the

You would have to agree that the AmericaTakingAction.com National Network offers much, much
more than any other compilation of school 'websites' available anywhere. A quick glance
through our Technology Center, Cyberary, Study Hall or Parent Resource Center makes it easy to
see why households all across the nation will be coming to the Network a minimum of 2-3
times per week as they will soon learn that whatever they want can be found within the
Network.
As you know by now, the cyber world is no different from the physical world; location is
one of the most important ingredients for a business to succeed. In order to promote
your business and sell your product on the Internet, the customer must be able to find you
and have easy access to your product. The directory you are currently listed with is not a
well-known directory among a huge portion of your target audience. I am a very involved parent,
an active PTA Board Member of 5-years, and an educator...all very good reasons for me to have been
aware of the directory. I had no idea this listing was available and therefore, in tandem with
other concerned parents and PTA Board members began the extensive project. Only then did we find out
about the directory. However, at that point our project was well underway and already had literally
hours of work into it. Besides... even then it was shaping up to be an incredible resource for entire
communities. It has only gotten better from there.
In addition, on 3 other directories that I have recently become aware of,
none of the schools that members of my team (approximately 30 involved parents) were familiar with
have current information. Obviously these other directories are not being accessed by the patrons of the
schools nor even the teachers and administrators. If they were being utilized someone would update basic
information like the principal's name, address, phone, etc.

leader in the film industry, and one of the nation's leading Child Psychologists. They will each be

Ask Dr. Mom and a School-2-Career program. We are also in
the planning stages with several of the nation's leading Medical Centers to utilize the Network to help pediatric patients
stay abreast of their schoolwork and local happenings.
