With the economy the way it is, beginning to build a savings and emergency fund is critical to the success of our
businesses and our families. While many are concerned about the current economy, it is important to remember that
there have been financially successful individuals even in the worst financial conditions. The secret is developing
an abundance attitude and incorporating the habits of wealth. This is available to everyone regardless of their
current financial condition.
While wealthy people come in all shapes and sizes with interests and careers as varied as the colors in the rainbow,
they all have one thing in common: they all contribute to their savings on a regular basis and refrain from dipping
in to the nest egg. There are many excellent books on the topic, but the bottom line is that if we want our money-
making activities to create financial security and peace for us, we HAVE to begin saving NOW. Those that spend as

- Increase your bottom-line by generating additional income.

How Will the TEAM help small business owners increase exposure for their individual business?
The TEAM will be limited to 20 people, each representing a different product. Members of the TEAM will assist each other in three specific ways:
- cross-linking websites. Each site will add a link from their main page to a 'TEAM Partners' page
listing each of the 20 TEAM members. This will mean that each site has at least 19 other sites linking to it,
not only increasing the exposure for each business, but also improving search engine ranking for each business.
This type of cross-linking could be the key to putting each individual business on the front page of searches
for their business.

Viral marketing cross-campaigns. Each month members of the TEAM will be provided with a branded
book to distribute to their mailing lists as a gift. Each book will be branded with the TEAM page which will
include a listing of each
member of the TEAM, a link to their business and other contact information. This will accomplish two things: it will
give all team members a
powerful tool for building positive rapport with clients and it will increase exposure by 20X as
the TEAM works together to market all 20 businesses. Instead of your information going to only
those on your current mailing list, it will be put in front of the mailing lists of 20 other business people as well.

cross promoting of products. Since there will only be one representative for each business/industry,
the 20 members will look for opportunities to recommend the other 19 businesses to contacts and when networking
on-line. For example, if a member of the co-op sells candles and I see a discussion on candles I will be able
to make a referral to my TEAM member who sells candles. In return, when she sees a conversation about my product,
she will make a referral to my website.
How will the TEAM help small business owners develop the habit of saving?
The TEAM will help small business owners increase their savings utilizing 4 strategies:
- $50 Savings. Each small business owner will commit $50 per month to go towards savings with a guaranteed return rate of 5%.
Return rate could be significantly greater*.
- Savings From Increased Income. In addition, the TEAM will encourage business owners to take a portion
of all increased sales, especially those that come through the TEAM, and set it aside in a separate savings account.
This will help TEAM members to develop, right off the bat, two separate sources of savings, the start of a diversified
portfolio.
- Tax Savings. In addition, TEAM members will have access to training on how to structure their business in order to
qualify for tax savings. This tax training will be provided personally by Ronald Mueller, a home-based business tax
expert and author of It's Not How Much You Make, It's What You Keep That Counts!.
- Wealth Building Training. TEAM members will also
have access to wealth building trainings and personal mentoring by two best-selling authors of financial and
wealth-building books.
How will the TEAM help small business owners improve their leadership skills?
Most of us are involved in direct selling, network marketing, or affiliate marketing businesses where building a strong, sustainable
organization is key to success. Members of the TEAM will have access to a variety of ongoing leadership and personal development
training. The following resources will be made available:
- FREE Leadership Books. Each month TEAM members will be able to select from a variety
of best-selling books on leadership and other affiliated topics a free book to read and incorporate during that month.
- On-line Leadership Library. All TEAM members will have access to a library containing over 100,000 original
documents and speeches from some of America's top leaders throughout history and the world. Studying the examples
and lives of these leaders can help us in improving and developing our own leadership style.
- Leadership and Personal Development Library. All TEAM members will receive a library
of leadership trainings consisting of over 25 hours of training.

Ongoing Live Mentoring by Nationally Known Coaches. All TEAM members will have access to
mentoring from a variety of nationally
known motivational speakers, including Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, Tom Painter, Robert Allen, Richard

- Practical Application.
Members of the TEAM will then be encouraged to take the information back to their downlines, teach it to them,
and help them apply it to their work. Each member of the TEAM will have a strong support network in the other TEAM
members to help them keep their goals in the forefront and work toward meeting them.
- Develop Your Own TEAM. As members of the TEAM develop their leadership skills they will be
invited to develop their own TEAMS where they
can incorporate and further develop the leadership skills they are learning. This is completely optional!

You must be willing to

- Mail out the monthly gift that will be provided to your mailing list.
- Participate at least once per week in a TEAM meeting/discussion and fill out 3 surveys throughout the year regarding your experience.
- Look for opportunities to refer and recommend the other TEAM members' products and services.
